“omikron” is the name of the letter “o”, the 15th letter of greek alphabet. 15 years passed until the owners were granted a license to open a fine restaurant in this special building. the shape of the letter “o” was the inspiration for the interior design concept. In contrast to the sharp edges of building’s architecture, the gold metal circle was applied in many forms in the interiors as well as in the graphics. the double height of the main area was emphasised by the grecian-chic pending lamps of designer Alexandra Tsoukala. the same grecian-chic atmosphere lingers all over the big garden with golden flaming jars spreaded between the “prive” rotonda tables and the vegetation.
